What we Did: We deployed Instore Brand Ambassadors to Modern Trade outlets who carry out executions in the outlets according to Chi EDGE standards.
Results: Doubling Modern Trade contribution to the entire revenue generated for the business as well as increase On shelf Availability from 35% to 70% and increasing products visibility across all their categories.
