Challenge/Brief: Chi wanted to Develop Perfect Stores that are fully compliant with EDGE and MSL standards in the neighborhood golden outlets and open markets.
What we Did: We deployed Channel Excellence Ambassadors who carry out executions in the outlets according to Chi EDGE standards.
Results: We increased the visibility of Chi assortments and deployed and maintain POSMs execution.
